Our MISSION at the Cub Center is to enrich the lives of seniors, the disabled, and those in need by providing nutritious meals, a safe environment, warm fellowship and activities or services which support a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

Our VISION is that no hungry mind, body, or spirit be left unfed in the community of Olney.

WHO WE ARE

Olney Senior Cub Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which seeks to enrich the lives of senior adults, the retired, and the underprivileged by providing nutritious meals, a safe environment, warm fellowship, and services or activities which promote a healthy mind, body, and spirit. We have two nutrition programs on weekdays: congregate meals (12:00pm) and home delivered meals (by 11:30am).

But we take great effort to ensure that our clients receive more than just a hot meal every serving day. We are a warm smile greeting clients at their door or our facility; and, in most cases, we are the one social point of contact a client receives in a day. We are the reason many seniors in our community are able to remain at home living independently.

We also have a weekday transportation program available to clients and paying customers ($3/trip). We are open to the public 9am to 2pm and serve meals at noon. Call by 11am to order to-go or dine-in 940-564-2782. We suggest a $5 contribution for seniors and for under 60, a meal costs $7.
